The offered calibration station consists of three key elements that together create a complete measurement system:
Mechanical Bench for Torque Application
A professional mechanical bench designed specifically for precise calibration and verification of torque wrenches. The bench features an innovative force transmission system that prevents displacement of the force application point during the calibration process.
The lever located below the control rail is moved by a precisely bearing-mounted handwheel, which shifts it linearly with very high precision using a spindle. This linear movement is then converted into rotational movement acting on the measuring transducer. The calibrated torque wrench remains stationary in the same position throughout the entire calibration. A special ball sleeve ensures friction-free contact with the torque wrench, leading to reduction of measurement error.
We offer two benches dedicated to 400Nm and 1000Nm transducers.
SCBS Smart Controller Readout Unit
A universal measuring unit from BMS Ireland that can be used with transducers of various measuring ranges. This allows the user to expand the system according to their needs by purchasing additional transducers with larger or smaller ranges.

ST Smart Series Measuring Transducers
High-precision torque transducers from BMS Ireland, dedicated to verifying the proper operation of torque tools. Thanks to modern technical solutions, they can be used to test both standard torque wrenches (mechanical and electronic), as well as electric and pneumatic powered tools equipped with a clutch mechanism.
- Measurement accuracy: ±1% of reading value (maximum permissible deviation)
- Measurement directions: CW/CCW (clockwise and counterclockwise)
- Mounting position: vertical or horizontal – depending on needs
- Calibration certificate: included from manufacturer

ISO 6789 Compliance
The offered station has been designed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6789:2017, which defines standards for calibration of hand torque tools. This standard specifies requirements for design, testing, and calibration of torque wrenches.
Key requirements of ISO 6789:
- Measurement uncertainty of the calibration device must be less than ±1% of reading
- Testing tools at points: lowest value of range, 60% and 100% of capacity
- From 80% to the target torque value, force must be applied slowly and evenly over 0.5-4 seconds
- Mandatory tool recalibration every 5,000 cycles or 12 months (whichever comes first)
- Maximum permissible relative deviation: ±4% for mechanical tools, ±1-2% for electronic
