Stahlwille 730 FIX Series Torque Wrenches - with Torque Lock (prelock type)
The target torque can be quickly set using the adjustment knob, then the knob can be removed to prevent accidental or unauthorized adjustments. The included locking screw and self-adhesive seal provide additional protection against unintentional torque changes by the operator.
The wrenches are equipped with a scale, allowing for quick adjustments to the set torque value – without the need for a torque tester, which is required when changing torque values on wrenches without a scale. This solution allows for quick adjustment of the torque to changing working conditions, while also preventing the operator from accidentally changing the torque setting while using the wrench
Rod Mechanism
The torque wrench features a patented mechanism and, unlike standard spring-loaded wrenches, does not require loosening after use, it can be left with the set torque value for extended periods without affecting the accuracy or service life of the mechanism.
Factory Calibration Certificate (ISO Calibration)
Our torque tools, transducers, and test devices are supplied with a factory calibration certificate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and DKD-R 10-8, ensuring traceability of the measuring devices.
The ISO calibration certificate guarantees that the device has been rigorously tested under controlled conditions, ensuring high quality and accuracy of measurements. This provides the user with the assurance that the tool will operate in accordance with the requirements of ISO and other international standards. All measurements are certified by the appropriate institutions, increasing the reliability and trustworthiness of the devices in professional work environments.
QuickRelease
The QuickRelease safety lock prevents accidental loss of inserted tools. They lock securely in place and can be released again at the push of a button, allowing for quick tool changes.
2-Component Handle
The 2-component handle of the wrench is non-slip and ergonomically shaped. It is resistant to oils, greases, fuels, brake fluids, and Skydrol. An arrow on the lever indicates the direction of action.
