TSN Series Wrenches with Torque Lock

TSN series wrenches do not have a scale and are adjusted using a torque tool tester. After setting the required torque, the wrench mechanism is locked and there is no possibility of accidental torque change by the operator.

To change the torque, a specially dedicated tool is required which is supplied with the wrench – providing additional protection against unauthorized torque value changes. The precision slip clutch provides 100% protection against exceeding the set torque value, thus preventing accidental damage to the connections being made, and significantly speeding up the assembly process without concerns about the quality and accuracy of the connections.

Tohnichi QSPCA Torque Wrench – Over-torque Protection

The Tohnichi QSPCA torque wrench series are specialized preset tools with slip clutch, designed for applications requiring absolute protection against over-tightening. Torque is set using a torque tool tester with a special adjustment tool (sold separately), which prevents accidental or unauthorized changes.

Range and Models

Available in torque range from 2 Nm to 70 Nm, with 1/4″ and 3/8″ drives.

The series includes four models: QSPCA6N, QSPCA12N, QSPCA30N and QSPCA70N.

Unique Slip Clutch Technology

The key advantage distinguishing QSPCA from other wrenches is the slip clutch mechanism. Once the set torque is reached, the slip clutch mechanism is activated, preventing additional force application. This guarantees that regardless of the force application point on the handle or further operator effort, the torque will not be exceeded - an ideal solution for assembly of sensitive components where not exceeding the required torque value is critical.
