Eletronic Torque Testers
ST Series

Each tester in the "Smart" version consists of a transducer marked with a measuring range and a universal
readout unit. The readout unit can be used with different range transducers, so the user can expand it
according to their needs by purchasing transducers with a larger or smaller measuring span.

The most important advantages of the Smart series testers:

Smart series testers can be used to check electric or pneumatic screwdrivers - except for impact and
impulse screwdrivers! In the case of testing tools with a drive, it is necessary to use a Joint Simulator with
an appropriate measurement range, dedicated simulators are also available in our offer.

The Installed Torque Mode is used to measure the torque values of electric tools (screwdrivers, drill-
drivers, etc.), pneumatic tools (excluding impact and impulse types), and manual screwdrivers. The
maximum torque reached is displayed on the screen; the user can save the measurement to internal
memory or, if not required, start a new measurement immediately.
Note: To use the Installed Torque Mode, a joint simulator is required.

The Click Mode is used for precise testing of click-type torque wrenches. The guaranteed measurement
accuracy is 1%.

The possibility of mounting to a mechanical torque load bench makes the testers from this series suitable
for both quick tool control, and for use in laboratories for calibrating torque tools.
The internal memory of the device allows for recording up to 10,000 results that can be downloaded to a
PC using the PCFE software supplied with the tester.

All transducers can be mounted both vertically and horizontally - depending on the customer's needs.
At the customer's request, it is possible to provide testers with an additional calibration certificate with
accreditation - in such a case, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
